Claudia Cauville, a ceramic artist, graduated from Central Saint Martins in London and ECAL. She lives and works in Paris. Passionate about objects, her experimental approach to glazes combined with her mastery of materials particularly resonates with us.

"I often compare clay to cooking. It's about enjoying oneself and expressing emotions in order to reach others and bring them joy. It's a constant transformation of the material that teaches us humility, as clay dictates the timing, not the other way around. It takes a lifetime to become a ceramist; you never stop learning."
