A free pick-up by appointment at Volume Ceramics in Paris 86 Avenue de Flandre 75019 Paris is possible and even recommended if you are in Paris or passing through! Please choose the option "Pick-up" during the purchase, we will then agree on a time slot.
Deliveries are made by Colissimo.
We ship packages on average 3 working days after the validation of an order. For any order placed within 2 days of placing a Collection online, this parcel dispatch time may be extended up to 5 working days. Thank you for your understanding !

You can return your purchase within 14 days (the date given by the carrier as proof). After this period, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To return a vase ordered from Volume Ceramics, it must be intact and unused, in its original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. The return costs will therefore be deducted from the amount we will reimburse you;
Make sure that the parcel is returned in the best possible conditions: any merchandise returned broken or chipped when this was not the reason for the return cannot unfortunately be reimbursed.
