Vase, Unique Piece by Juliette Pénélope Pépin
Juliette Pénélope Pépin is a multidisciplinary artist, trained at the Design Academy Eindhoven, Goldsmiths University of London, and ENSAPC, and currently working in Montreuil. Passionate about history and craftsmanship, Juliette returned to ceramics during a research grant at the ICA Kyoto, where she attended evening classes at the AsahiYaki workshop in Uji.
Since then, she has been creating vases and other unique pieces, shaped by her rich experiences, passion for the history and traditions of ceramics, and her endless curiosity for exploring techniques like Raku firing, terra sigillata, and working with wild clay.
