Claudia Cauville, a ceramic artist, graduated from Central Saint Martins in London and ECAL. She lives and works in Paris. Passionate about objects, her experimental approach to glazes combined with her mastery of materials particularly resonates with us.

"I often compare clay to cooking. It's about enjoying yourself and expressing emotions in order to connect with others and bring them joy. It's a perpetual transformation of the material that teaches us humility, where clay dictates the timeline, not the other way around. It takes a lifetime to become a ceramicist; you never stop learning."
